מתקיף לה רב ששת איזהו עושק שחייבה עליו תורה קרבן דומיא דפקדון דקא כפר ליה ממונא אלא אמר רב ששת נתתיו לך זהו עושק יש לך בידי ואיני נותן לך זה הוא גזל
